CLEARWATER & AREA ORDERING INFORMATION

We are now offering online ordering and in store pickup or delivery for Clearwater and area - including Birch Island - Blackpool!  See below for answers to frequently asked questions!

WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER?

We will be delivering in Clearwater & Area on Satrudays.  Delivery will be free with a $20 minimum order, a delivery fee of $7.50 will be applied to orders under the minimum.   

 

Delivery outside of this schedule can be arrange - please connect with us to make arrangements.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER NEED TO BE IN?

We will update selection and pricing on Saturday - for best selection orders must be in by 5:00 pm on Sunday.  This allows us to order everything fresh for your orders.  As a lot of food products are sold by weight, after your order is picked we will send out a final invoice - This will typically be by Friday morning.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept e-transfer, cash or mobile debit / credit (assuming you have cell signal at your door)

HOW DOES IN STORE PICKUP WORK?

Simply place your order and select the pickup option.  We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.  Typically this will be on Friday.  When picking up you can pay with cash, debit or credit.

WHAT IF I GET SOMETHING I'M NOT HAPPY WITH OR IF SOMETHING IS MISSING?

No questions asked!  

We deal with fresh food and while we try our best to ensure everything is perfect - it could happen that we miss something or there is an issue.  Simply snap a picture within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us an email and we will credit your next order.  Please keep in mind that the produce is fresh and being packed and transported - the odd bump or scuff can easily be cut around.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PICKUP MY ORDER?

It happens - we will try to contact you when we are at the pickup location - if we can't reach you your order will be donated to a charity.  If you did not prepay - you will be responsible for paying for your order prior to us fulfilling another order for you.  If you paid via email transfer - a refund will not be given.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We prioritize food grown in or near British Columbia.  However, we unfortunately cannot grow everything here or year round.  We will list country / province of origin for every item offered.

HOW ARE ITEMS SOLD BY WEIGHT CHARGED?

When we pick and pack your order we will take actual weights.  Your invoice will be done based on actual weights and therefore maybe different from what our online store or order sheet estimated.  We will email you a copy as soon as possible so you have it prior to delivery.
 

I JUST NEED A FEW THINGS AT OTHER TIMES DURING THE WEEK - HOW DO I GET THEM?

 

You are welcome to order at any time for in-store pickup - just realize that we will not be ordering specific for your order - so selection / availability is limited to what we have in inventory.  Please indicate in comments when you would like to pickup and how you would like us to contact you when your order is ready.

 

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE ILLNESSES?

We are closely monitoring the issues related to the COVID-19 and we wanted to update you on some of the changes taking place as our business continues to put the safety of our community and our customers first.

We offer both meet up locations and home delivery from Little Fort to Valemount.  At this time we are reducing the minimum orders needed for home delivery in all locations.  If you are avoiding all contact with the general public this is a good option to be able to continue to get fresh food with minimal risk.  

You can also place an order online or via phone and arrange to pick up in store.  If you do not want to come into a public location, you can give us a call when you get here and we can bring your order to your vehicle if you are more comfortable with that.

In-Store we will be continuing to follow our food safety and sanitation plans, which include regular cleaning of handles and doors (along with a lot of other things) and we are adding hand sanitizer by the entrance and till area.  We will also have disinfecting wipes available to wipe down frequently handled items such as shopping baskets, credit card machine, cooler doors, etc.  

 

At this time we are not concerned about being able to continue to supply all our regular items and we are maintaining communication channels with our suppliers - most of which are small locally owned farms and businesses.
