We will accept non-inspected domestic / game meat based on the following conditions:
must be clean - free of debris, hair, dirt - dirty carcasses will either be refused or subject to cleaning fees.
our hanging cooler must not have any inspected meat in it at time of arrival and processing will be completed before we bring in any inspected meat (as per health regulations) - please phone ahead.
If bringing in boned (sausage ready) it must be free of any uneatable materials such as sinew, bone, hair, dirt, bullet fragments, etc. If your meat contains any of these items and our equipment is damaged you will be responsible for repairs / replacement.
Drop off must be during regular business hours unless you have made previous arrangements.
